Cairo Le Meridien (Sunday March 03th)
Upon arrival to Cairo airport you will find our representative waiting for you to help you through the formalities, he will help you to get the entry visa and drive you to your hotel and help with check-in. At 06:30pm we will have a meeting for introductions, followed by a Welcome Dinner together. Overnight at Le Meridien Pyramids (D)
Cairo - Giza Pyramids (Monday March 04th)
After breakfast we will visit the most famous monument in Egypt, Giza pyramids. We will explore around the Great pyramid and then drive to the 02nd pyramid where we will visit the Mortuary temple and Valley temple. From inside the Valley temple we will enter a short cut to the Sphinx. After Lunch we will have the chance to visit one of the essential oils centres in the area. Cairo-Tanis (Tuesday March 05th)
Drive to north east of Egypt to visit two of the most mystical spots in Egypt, Tel Basta and Tanis. These two sites are not visited by many tourists in spite of their beauty and importance, but we will explore them and explain everything about them. Tel Basta is the city of Bastet (the cat goddess) and there was a megalithic temple of her made entirely from granite, here we will see a giant statue of princess Meritamun.
Abu Rawash (Wednesday March 06th)
After breakfast we drive to a very special site, the pyramid of Djed-ef-ra (Abu Rawash pyramid), where we have permission for private access. For the first time we will see the core of one of the pyramids and also, we will see a granite block with a cut mark done by an advanced tool.
Cairo-Abydos (Thursday March 07th)
Fly to Sohag, after arrival we drive to Abydos (about one hour). Abydos was a very important city for the Ancient Egyptians, it is where they used to pilgrimage every year. It is the city of Osiris the lord of the afterlife, we will visit Abydos temple and also we will see a unique structure called the Osirion temple which was built on a lower ground level than the Seti I temple. Egyptologists think it is a memorial cenotaph to Osiris. Lunch and overnight at House of life hotel. (B.L)
Luxor (Friday March 08th)
After breakfast we will drive to Dendera city where we will visit one of the giant temples of Ancient Egypt, the temple of Hathor, Hathor deals with vibrations and resonance and is considered as one of the gates or portals to a higher conciseness. The Temple of Hathor was one of the main healing centres in Ancient Egypt. The carvings of the ceiling of Hathor temple according to many scholars represents the cosmos. Drive back to Luxor, we will have lunch at the Nile, in the afternoon we will visit Luxor temple. Dinner and overnight at Steigenberger Luxor. (B.L)
Nile Cruise (Saturday March 09th)
After breakfast we drive to the West bank of Luxor where we will spend a great day visiting different sites 1- Valley of the Gates of Kings or as we call it Valley of the Kings. 2- The unique temple of Queen Hatshepsut and visit the side temple of Hathor. 3- The Colossi of Memnon which used to be flanking the first gate of Amonhotep III temple, and then we’ll drive back to the Nile Cruise, we will have lunch and relax then we will have time for shopping before our evening visit to the Luxor Temple (B.L.D)
Nile Cruise (Sunday March 10th)
After an early breakfast we visit Karnak Temple where we visit the powerful Chapel of Sekhmet, we will spend the entire morning at Karnak before driving back to the boat and setting sail. (B.L.D)
Nile Cruise (Monday March 11th)
We will stop at Kom Ombo, where we’ll visit the twin temples dedicated to the crocodile Neter, Sobek and Horus, the Elder. Sailing to Aswan. (B.L.D).
Nile Cruise(Tuesday March 12th)
We will take a motorboat to the enchanting Island of Philae, then we will explore the famous Aswan quarry that is home to the 1,200-ton Unfinished Obelisk, and we will sail to the Nubian Village (B.L.D).
Aswan(Wednesday March 13th)
Early in the morning we drive to Abu Simbel, we will visit 2 magnificent temples and drive back to Aswan. After lunch we sail with a motorboat to visit Elephantine Island, then drive to our hotel at Aswan. (B.L.D).
Aswan(Thursday March 14th)
Fly to Cairo, visit the NEW Egyptian Museum. Drive to Mena House for check-in and overnight (B.L).
Cairo (Friday March 15th)
Drive to Alexandria, where we will visit many examples of Greek influence – by way of Catacombs Kom El Shuqafa, Pompy’s pillar and the Roman Theatre; we will enjoy a delicious sea food meal before driving back to Cairo. Overnight Marriott Mena House (B, L).
Sakkara and Dahshur (Saturday March 16th)
After Breakfast we will drive to Dahshur to visit the Bent pyramid and enter the Red pyramid. Lunch at Sakkara palm club then we drive to Saqqara, home of the Step Pyramid attributed to King Djoser. We will visit the mystical Serapeum, a huge subterranean complex. We will have a private visit under the Step Pyramid. Overnight Mena House. (B.L).
Giza (Sunday March 17th)
After breakfast we visit a very special place which is normally closed to the public and needs special permission (which we have) to do a private visit, the place is Abusier and Abu Ghurab and after lunch we visit to Giza Plateau at 18:00 we have a private visit the Great Pyramid, then farewell dinner (B.D)
